16.Shipping and Delivery Policy:
We deliver products using Various shipping companies. Shipping costs are influenced by the size and weight of the product and your location. Exact shipping costs are calculated in the shopping cart and will be added to the order total before checkout. Orders are dispatched within (x) business days. Shipping times are estimated at between (2) and (30)business days depending on your location.
We shall attempt to deliver the goods to the address you specify for delivery. You are responsible for making arrangements to receive the goods and if the goods are held at the post office/depot because no one was available when the goods were delivered, then it is your responsibility to swiftly collect the goods or be liable for a redelivery surcharge.
All residential deliveries will be marked “Authority To Leave” unless previously advised by the customer.
Please check that your order is correct within 24hrs of delivery. Failure to check within this time frame may void warranty claims.
The Urinal ships goods Australia wide, however at this time we do NOT accept international orders through

17.Refund Policy:
Please choose carefully. We do not normally give refunds if you simply change your mind or make a wrong decision. You can choose between a refund, exchange or credit where goods are faulty, have been wrongly described, are different to the product purchased on the website or don’t perform as advertised.
18. Returns Policy:

All returns are at the cost of the buyer. The goods must be returned to us within a 30 Day period, with proof of purchase and with the original packaging (if possible).
All return products will be inspected upon arrival back to The Urinal Shop. If the product/s are returned in “resellable/new” condition, The Urinal Shop will refund the agreed value of the product less 20% and less the original shipping cost.
If deemed unsuitable for resale a $0 refund will be issued.
Where The Urinal Shop has agreed to provide a refund to you, The Urinal Shop will process the refund to the original method of payment you used to make your purchase. Refunds will normally be processed within seven (7) business days.
Where The Urinal Shop considers the goods to have breached a consumer guarantee, The Urinal Shop is responsible for the shipping costs to return the goods.
The Urinal Shop will not accept returns for Custom Built products.
19. Trade Account
The Urinal Shop reserves the right to accept and/or deny applications for trade accounts.
When You create an account with Us, You must provide The Urinal Shop information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of Your account on Our Service.
You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service and for any activities
or actions under your password, whether your password is with Our Service or a Third-Party Social Media
Service.
You agree not to disclose your password to any third party. You must notify The Urinal Shop immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of Your account.
You may not use as a username the name of another person or entity or that is not lawfully available for
use, a name or trademark that is subject to any rights of another person or entity other than You without
appropriate authorization, or a name that is otherwise offensive, vulgar or obscene.
The Urinal Shop reserves the right to terminate your account at any stage.
20.Security Policy:
When purchasing from The Urinal Shop, card details are transmitted through a secure server using Eway. Card data is not hosted by (Business Name) after processing.
